I wish substack offered prices in local currency of the reader! American subscribers would find dollar 20 cheap but Asians would find it expensive after currency conversion...

Totally hear you. Local pricing would help a lot. Until Substack adds it, a few workarounds: create region‑specific coupon codes, run “pay‑what‑you‑can” windows, or offer a lower “community” tier for international readers. Small tweaks, big lift for accessibility.
